Built in the 1970s, the Centennial Building once stood as a symbol of modern progress—one of Halifax’s first high-rises, an anchor of downtown’s commercial core. But as the city grew and glassy new office towers rose, it became a relic of the past. But its legacy was far from over, and its value far from depleted. As Agency Art Lofts, this once-forgotten structure is now a wild injection of energy in the downtown core. Modern progress…keeps progressing.
